What is Henna?
Henna, sourced from the leaves of a flowering plant, is transformed into a fine powder and mixed with natural ingredients to create a paste, applied intricately on the body for beautiful designs.
How is henna applied?
Delicate henna paste is filled into cones with fine tips for precise and relaxing application onto the skin.
Are there any side effects of using henna?
Henna, devoid of chemicals, is historically known for its medicinal properties, but allergic reactions may occur when combined with synthetic additives, causing potential skin irritations.
When should henna be applied for an event?
Best applied 2-3 days before an event to achieve the darkest stain, ensuring peak vibrancy during the occasion.
Is there any aftercare needed for henna?
After application, leave henna on for 4-6 hours or overnight, sealing with a mixture of lemon juice and sugar to prevent flaking, while avoiding water contact for 24 hours for lasting results.
How long does the henna stain last?
Typically lasting between 8-10 days and slowly fading out. By using Heavenly Henna Aftercare products your stain will last longer.
What is black henna?
Authentic henna never yields black stains; beware of "Black Henna" products containing harmful chemicals like PPD, instead choose natural, traditional henna for safety.

How long does delivery take?
Aftercare products, henna cones and henna pastes will be processed within 7 days as these need to be freshly made. E.g., if you place an order for henna cones on a Monday, your order will be shipped to you on the following Thursday. All other products will be shipped on the Thursday the same week of purchase.
Please note: we are not responsible for any delays or lost orders in shipping.
Can I track my order?
Yes, tracking information is sent to you via email once your order has been sent for delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
We wouldn't want to disappoint anyone interested in our products internationally so if you are interested, fill in our contact form with the interested product and country you are from.
What is the refund/returns policy?
If your item has arrived damaged or faulty, reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or refund.
Please note: we cannot return henna cones and paste bags as these are perishable products. The customer will need to pay for returns postage.
Can I return henna paste or henna cones?
As henna paste is a perishable product, we cannot offer any returns on henna cones and paste bags. For any issues please contact us and we will do our best to assist you effectively, ensuring your satisfaction is prioritised.
