Return Policy
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
- Item must be unused and in original packaging.
- Receipt or proof of purchase required.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at nilofer.razzaq@heavenlyhenna.co.uk. Customers will need to pay for their own returns shipping. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. The returns address will be sent once a return has been approved.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods (henna cones and henna paste)
Exchanges
Return the item and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, a refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at nilofer.razzaq@heavenlyhenna.co.uk.
